Gerhard AnderssonGerhard Andersson is full professor in clinical psychology at Linköping University and affilated professor at Karolinska Institute. Swedish researchers have a leading position when it comes to the development and implementation of internet-delivered treatments for a range of health conditions. It this talk an overview of the research on tinnitus and hearing loss will be presented including a meta-analytic summary of internet treatment for tinnitus. Treatments are often based on cognitive behaviour therapy, but other forms have also been tested. Another application deals with online screening of hearing loss.
